*Doğuş Holding Co. signed a Share Transfer Agreement to sell Türkiye Garanti Bank’s 14.89% share corresponding to the  issued capital of 625.380.000 nominal value to BBVA on 19 November 2014. Following the mentioned share transfer, Doğuş Holding Co. will hold a stake of 10% and 39.9% successively. The transfer of share will take place upon the approval of domestic and foreign official authorities including Council of Bank Audit and Regulation, Capital Markets Board, Competition Board.
