SAP Financial Solutions Transformation Project that we conducted in the second half of 2013 and put into practice at the end of the year, is granted an Excellence award in the category of HANA Innovation by SAP Turkey.
In the evaluation process, projects of 20 SAP customers from different sectors in Turkey competed with each other in 4 categories. Our project achieved a direct nomination for Europe regional award by receiving the Excellence award in SAP HANA Innovation category.
SAP Quality Awards, granted to companies that reach important achievements by successfully conducting SAP projects and programs, are given on condition of fulfilling different criteria such as creating business value with participatory projects, application of management methodology standarts, concordance with the schedule, team competence, risk management, use of the best applications and standard programs, and change management. The projects that receive a Gold and Excellence award in their country will compete for regional award with other award-winning projects in regions of Europe, Central Asia, and Africa.
Eureko Sigorta is granted the award of “The Best Call Center” of Turkey at the 9th Turkey Call Center Awards.
Eureko Sigorta Call Center, adopting a work system compatible with the company’s corporate identity and corporate values of simplicity, transparency, trust, creativity, happiness orientation and desire for success, received this award with its innovative applications in the evaluation of call centers with a seat capacity of less than 250.
Eureko Sigorta’s Call Center Representative Damle Şengüleroğlu received the award of “The Best Customer Representative” with her successful performance.
